Jitace (jitace.click) is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration Eligibility

KYC Verification

Identity verification may be required on your first withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. A copy of your National ID or passport will need to be submitted. Once verified, no further verification is needed.

Deposit

Jitace supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and USDT, among other methods. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method — see the payment page for details. There are no additional charges on deposits.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• No processing fee is charged on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

Currency

All transactions on Jitace are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For USDT deposits, conversion is applied at the market rate at the time of the transaction.

Jitace's Sports Betting section offers pre-match and live betting on cricket, football, tennis, and many more sports. The rules below apply to all bet types.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is submitted and a system confirmation is received, that bet is considered final.
• Jitace reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Bets can be placed before a match begins, and with live betting, you can place bets while the match is in progress.
• If you close the website or app before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be cancelled.

Match Cancellation or Suspension

If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, all bets on that match are generally considered void and stakes are refunded. However, if a match begins and is abandoned mid-way, the result may be determined in accordance with international cricket rules.

Maximum Winnings Cap

Maximum winnings from a single bet may be capped, particularly for major tournaments. This limit is clearly stated in the Sports Betting section.

Welcome Bonus

As a new member, a welcome bonus is automatically credited on your first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is typically 30x to 50x — meaning you must wager 30–50 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time frame.
• Bonuses can only be used on your own account and cannot be transferred to others.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or device.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

Jitace reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons.

Reason for Suspension

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• For operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity will not be tolerated.
• Using another person's payment account.
• Attempting to exploit any system error or technical glitch.
• If evidence of being underage is found.

The valid balance of a suspended account (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded. However, if fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited. If you wish to dispute a suspension, contact support with a written explanation.

Self-Account Closure

Any member may close their account at any time. Submit a request to support and the process will be completed within 24 hours. Please withdraw your balance before closing.

Jitace takes the privacy of your personal information seriously. Data collected at registration and thereafter is used solely to improve platform services and maintain security.

• Your name, phone number, and financial information are never sold or shared with any third party.
• Jitace may be required to disclose information when legally obligated or directed to do so by government authorities.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the new terms, you will have the option to close your account and any valid balance will be returned.
